Don't get stuck with the lowest card.
Everyone gets one card, face down. Ace is low, King is high.
On your turn, keep your card or swap with the next player — but a King blocks the swap.
The dealer goes last and may swap with the top of the deck instead.
Then all cards flip: the lowest card loses a life (ties all lose one).
Out of lives is out of the game. Last player standing wins.
